Claude AI just dropped their most important feature in the AI world in a long time called "Managed Agents" which Taki Wang, AI Educator said, "are predicted to kill 100s of Startups and entire Engineering teams."

Why is it Super Amazing You Can Build Entire AI agents Without Knowing How to Code?

He said, "It's huge because managed agents sets up your database, back ends, and security, everything you used to need a team of engineers to do.

This is massive, because in the past there were only three ways you could create ai agents."

What Were your Options in the Past to Build AI Agents?

  1. no code tools like zapier, breaks often and hard to set up

  2. claude code is quite technical, if you don't' know how to code, you can get lost very easily

  3.  harnesses like open claw, not a lot of privacy or security

Now all you need to do, is go to this website:

https://platform.claude.com/workspaces/default/agent-quickstart

What you will be able to do is build your agent, by choosing one of  the quickstart agents on the right, or type in your description of whatever you would like to build at bottom, and claude will build that agent for you, without you having to mess around with APIs or different types of coding data bases.

Before managed agents, the idea of building ai agents was quite complicated and required a technical developer to be on  your team, but now you can just describe what you want and claude will build all sorts of things for you.

What are Examples of Agents that Claude Managed Agents will build for you?

  1. manage your inbox and calendar

  2. replying to customers and emails

  3. spying on your competitors ads and content

  4. target keywords that are performing well given our market position evaluated by Claude on our website first

AI Educator, Mariah Brunner said that the CEO of a billion-dollar company posted a long post on X-formerly Twitter, describing how AI and humans will work together, and you can learn from AI. She said, "if you aren't learning and you let AI do everything for you, you will become obsolete".

So what is this new Managed Agent feature going to do for us? For people like me, that have a million priorities while driving revenue for tech companies, it's a no-code way to get the tools I need to automate repetitive parts of my team's job in minutes, instead of days of work.

Steps to use Claude more effectively in demand generation marketing....

  1. Map out marketing functions

  2. Connect claude to apps that we use daily like hubspot, slack, email, google,  and jira, in a controlled environment first with connectors and MCP

  3. Tell Claude to write the perfect prompts to add AI to this functionality to save time and increase efficiency using meta prompting

  4. then use managed agents to write all the code to automate each process

  5. Connect Claude third-party marketing apps when it makes sense. Yes I could ask Claude to write all the functionality if I had nothing else to do, and wanted to be an expert like Blotato at converting video to lots of other content, but sometimes market-penetration velocity is more important than saving every dime we can. And perhaps Taki Wang is right, perhaps Claude will understand that tool soon, I can play with AI and benchmark to see.
