FixtHub's CEO, Brian Lane, was a long-time Stock Broker who saw a market need for Brokers who had little-to-no information on how fixed assets like Bonds are performing, wanted to create SaaS to simplify tracking that information.

He hired BAI to get traction for his early-stage startup in the market. He had tried using Hubspot's consulting services to identify personas, but wound up with a huge tangled mess and no clear direction on personas.

First, we taught him how to categorize relevant personas and what their roles are in a complex sale. Next we did research to identify persona needs and wrote messaging and positioning frameworks. We suggested the book Crossing the Chasm to teach the team how to work with an early-adopter to create the whole product.

Next BAI created go-to-market strategy, including content, channels, and Sales enablement. We acquired targeted lists to blast and optimized offers for performance before publishing to other channels. BAI blogged on relevant topics and created website and landing pages to match the Fixthub logo look and feel.
