World's first sports coaching platform.

CoachList.com was founded by Jeffrey Idso, the Founder of Travelocity, as a two-sided SaaS marketplace for Athletes to find sports coaches in their area and Coaches to advertise their services.

After working extensively with Coaches, BAI came up with the most important positioning for the Coach business model, which is booking venues for group sessions, attaching insurance, and automatically cancelling and refunding when mimimums are not met. 

Idso hired Monahan to Lead Marketing which included both Product and Growth Marketing.

She helped penetrate their target segment quickly by creating:

  1. Product Launch including Coach's Business Model, Competitive Landscape and Positioning, and Market Sizing
  2. Research to figure out pain points the software solves for target audience and additional features needed for the whole product
  3. Messaging, Positioning, and Personas
  4. Go-to-Market Strategy
  5. Sales enablement training
  6. Content Strategy then created Educational Offers to drive signups including: free trials, pitch deck, case studies
  7. Managed Graphic Artist to create Call-to-Action Buttons and offers
